Diagnostics questions
Yes. That is one of the most common call-outs we get. We come to the vehicle wherever it is, test the battery, starter and charging system on the spot, and in many cases fix it in the same visit.
We tell you the diagnostic fee before we come out, so there are no surprises. If you go ahead with the repair, we discuss how that fee is handled up front — everything is quoted transparently.
