Travel time, honestly
We are based at 18 Wampanoag Road in South Yarmouth, which puts most of the mid-Cape within a short run. The Outer Cape and the far mainland take longer, and summer traffic on Route 6 and the bridges is real.
So when you call, we give you a realistic arrival window rather than an optimistic one. If we cannot get to you when you need us, we say so rather than leaving you waiting.
Emergencies come first
A car that will not start, a brake fault, or a breakdown on a live carriageway gets prioritised over routine servicing. That is the whole point of a mobile mechanic.
