When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, location and message you provide. When you call or email us we hold the contact details you use. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote the work, arrange a visit and carry out the repair. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and job records are retained for as long as needed to service the work, honour the one-week warranty and meet ordinary business and tax obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. A small amount of information is stored in your browser’s local storage to remember whether you have dismissed the on-site notice, so it is not shown to you repeatedly. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
